Welcome to ALYN Pilates Studio. By accessing our website, booking classes, or purchasing packages, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before completing any transaction.
Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment. Specific reformer/spot selections are reserved at the time of booking based on availability. Please occupy your assigned spot. Members are advised to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to class. Late arrivals exceeding 5 minutes may be denied entry for safety and class continuity.
All packages and class credits are strictly personal and non-transferable. Packages have a specific validity period from the date of purchase and cannot be extended except with a valid medical certificate. All purchases are non-refundable.
By participating, you acknowledge that you are in good physical condition and capable of engaging in Pilates exercises. It is mandatory to inform the instructor of any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy prior to the session. ALYN Pilates Studio is not liable for any injuries resulting from undisclosed health conditions or failure to follow instructor guidelines.
Suitable athletic wear is required. Grip socks must be worn during classes for hygiene and safety. Mobile phones must be set to silent during sessions. ALYN Pilates Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
ALYN Pilates Studio reserves the right to modify these terms, class schedules, or pricing at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform.
