Packages & Subscriptions: All purchases of packages, subscriptions, and class credits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once the payment is completed.
Single Sessions: Payments for single class bookings are non-refundable in cash. However, they may be credited back to your studio account if cancelled within the allowed timeframe.
Early Cancellation (12+ Hours Notice): If you cancel your session at least 12 hours prior to the class start time, the full session credit will be returned to your studio account for future bookings.
Late Cancellation / No-Show (Less than 12 Hours Notice): Cancellations made within less than 12 hours of the class, or failing to attend, will result in forfeiture of the session fee with no refund or account credit given.
Refunds or package validity extensions may only be considered in cases of serious medical emergencies or prolonged health conditions.
Request evaluation requires an official and verified medical report. Requests must be sent to our support email, and decisions will be communicated within 5–7 business days.
If a class is cancelled by ALYN Pilates Studio due to unforeseen circumstances, maintenance, or instructor unavailability:
The class credit will be fully restored to your account to book an alternative time.
Alternatively, a full monetary refund via the original payment method can be processed upon request.
In cases where a monetary refund is exceptionally approved:
Refunds will only be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Refunds may take 7 to 14 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your card issuer's policies.
